Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When traveling, I would much rather stay with a local resident, or be with someone with a similar mind-set than be cooped up in a dorm room in a hostel. When at home, I love to entertain people, show them what I can...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't really had a permanent residence for the last 5 years. Thanks to friends, family and couchsurfing, I hopefully won't need one for the next 5 either.
More specifically, I have surfed throughout Europe a number of times, as well as during some road-tripping in the Western US and a few places in Asia.
I have helped host in my hometown, Lethbridge as well as Vancouver, Malaysia and Germany.

Interests

I am interested in traveling... Meeting new people, seeing new things, experiencing new cultures, constantly learning. I also enjoy snowboarding and rock climbing. I love the mountains.
For some weird reason, I also like cleaning... Makes for a good guest in your home ;)
