I try to be a very open-minded person. I don’t believe everything I read or hear. I like to see things with my own eyes and form my own opinion.

I started traveling during my school years. The form of traveling I liked the most was hitchhiking with a tent. It gave me immense satisfaction when newly met drivers picked us up and shared stories about their country.

It's not easy to get to know a foreign culture. You can discover it through films or books, but they are often deliberately biased. I’ve found that I learned the most about the world while hitchhiking and talking with the people who gave me a ride. They had no reason to lie to me and could share real, life stories.

Discovering the world in this way is the reason life is worth living :)
