About Me

hello!
I'm Masha from Russia. Yeah, you can call me either Mary, or Maria, or Masha. And it turned out to be a rather confusing fact for my foreign friends. Sorry for this. You really can call me as you wish (out of this 3 variants, of course) :)

Currently I'm studying Japanese in Tokyo in Sophia University as exchange student. It's great! In my home uni I have kind of 2 majors: Japanese and Economics. It took a while to understand what I want to study, so at first it was maths and another uni. I hope I'm still good in it.
That's why I'm still a student and not sure when I'll finish my education. Maybe another year in Japan, who knows.

I'm very open and straight speaking. Love animals, good beer and whisky, my friends and family, summer (cause even I'm from Russia, I hate cold).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

first of all, to meet new different people all over the world. there are so many of us. and everyone has his story to tell or smth to share with others.

Interests

I'm not very sportive one, but bicycle and skateboard are my passion.
Knitting, embroidery, any kind of hand-made. I can be lost forever in handicraft shops choosing materials.
I wish I could play drums. Wishing already for several years. someday..someday.
