About Me
I live and study in Konstanz at the southern end of Germany.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because it's a perfect way to travel on low budget and it's great to meet the people, who open their homes for unknown travellers. And it's good to be in contact with locals while staying in an unknown place.
I also like it when there are guests in our apartment, because it’s a small effort for me and a great help for them and it's way more alive then. In general I think couchsurfing is a really good kind of sharing.
As I hardly didn't travel besides my snowboarding trips, I almost didn't stay with couchsurfing hosts in the past.
Interests
During winter snowboarding is most important to me. Besides that I love to be outdoors hiking for example or just at the lake in my hometown. I’m playing handball since ever and still have a lot of fun doing so.
But not only sports; I’m curious and interested in most things, like in today’s politics and society.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't go to the movies that often, but ones I kept in my mind are No country for old men or Burn after reading for example. Since I have Netflix I found several series I really liked, Peaky Blinders and Narcos to name two of them.
Music is hard to tell, because it's very wide spread. I work in a HiFi-store so got in contact with a lot of beautiful music I wouldn't have found on my own, like Trentemøller, Fink, Rival Sons, several jazz combos.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Some years ago I helped saving a man from drowning in the lake in my hometown. It's not that I'm proud of me for having correctly assessed the situation and made the right moves, but it is a more unusual kind of amazing thing, than one of my many awesome trips to mountains anywhere.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to cook, so I could prepare or help preparing a delicious meal 🙂👨🍳
