About Me

CURRENT MISSION

love what you do, do what you love

ABOUT ME

Hey!
It's Mustafa.Since there are lots of Mustafas in Turkey, most of my friends call me with my surname(Kosker).

I'm a software engineer(kind of geek) in Istanbul and I've been living there for 8 years.I've lived in both Asian and European sides in that time.I think there are lots of beautiful places in Istanbul that I've never gone.I like going to that kind of places in the weekends with my friends.

I love adrenaline and adventure.I go skiing to my hometown(it is Kayseri, in the middle) in winter.I also like bungee-jumping.I'm open to crazy offers always:)

I don't smoke cigarette but I smoke nargile(sisa) once a week:).I play backgammon while smoking nargile(and I win:P)(and you'll pay the bill :).

I like to be spontaneous in most of my life.
I'm an open-minded person who wants to meet with new people and wants to see new places.

My dream is to make a world tour for a year or two(without any plans).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was in Sweden when I heard CS for the first time. One of my friend was talking about it and how awesome it is. She was just trying to spell COUCHSURFING and I was quite persistent not to understand it :) After a 5 mins spelling i memorized the word so that i never forget it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never surfed before as couchsurfer but I've been hosting a lot of people from August,2011.Hopefully my first couchsurfing experience as a surfer will be soon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, I must say that the most amazing one was bungee-jumping.I tried it in the summer of 2011.It was INCREDIBLE.I loved it and the adrenaline indeed :)

The second most-amazing one was dog sledging.I'd tried when I was in Sweden for Erasmus. We'd taken the train from Linkoping to Kiruna for 16hours.The city is located 60 km north of north pole. You can see just the white color and feel the nature.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to play backgammon. It's one of the most played board games in Turkey.I can show you how to win and get a free tea:)
Since I'm Turkish I can also teach you to speak basic Turkish including bad words(really!).
