Hello!

I've driven through Australia in my little campervan, taught kitesurfing on deserted islands & from yachts through the pacific & indian oceans, worked on organic farms in my passionate pursuit of a more sustainable future... and yes, even given the corporate 9-5 job a go.

At the moment, in my mid 20's, i've left the corporate world and began pursuing some more creative hobbies, such as a backyard permaculture design, music, yoga & travel. I'm soon to finish my Building degree, and would love to work in post-disaster construction field for an NGO.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm passionate about being passionate, and hopefully couch-surfing helps to connect me with other like minded people from around the globe!

Our house is awesome, housemates are chillers, and we are surrounded by great music, bars and cafe's. I love it all so much I figured it would be nice to share with travellers who are looking for something quite a bit different to the standard hostel. Now I'm travelling, and hopefully there are others out there with the same view.

Interessen

Environmental sustainability & community are a huge part of my life. In the last few months I have eased into become a 'Freegan', that is, sorting through the food thrown out by grocery stores and supermarkets.

Health and Wellbeing: Kite-surfing, yoga, hiking, cycling... Pretty much anything that connects me with nature.

Festivals: This year i've been volunteering at loads of different festivals. I very much enjoy sitting back for three days with hundreds/thousands of happy, vibrant people all looking for a good time. Love love love.

I am competent in a kitchen, and if there is anything that needs fixing around the house I have a few skills with a hammer. Other than that, travel tales, laughs and music.
