I really excited to kick off my international travels! I go to school in Chicago but I decided that it's worthwhile to take a semester off and see the world!

Haven't yet, but I can't wait to start. Leaving for Europe in just a few weeks!

Interests

I like talking with new people, making music with new people, going out with new people AND doing all those things with old friends!

I really enjoy all types of music, and have played guitar for years and can get by on most other common instruments. Love nature, if i don't get my seasonal fix (usually in the form of backpacking or a good cabin deep in the woods) than I don't feel like myself!

MOVIES-Charlie Kaufman's, Darren Aronofsky's, Christopher Nolan's, Terrence Malick's, Richard Linklater's, Judd Apatow's, Documentaries, and the list goes on!

MUSIC-I'm a musical omnivore. I like making electronic music, love the current UK Bass scene and LA beat scene. I like listening to and buying vinyl of rare folk/indie music from around the world. I like playing jazz, folk, and classical on guitar! The list goes on!

BOOKS-Lord of the Rings, Teachings of Don Juan, The Road, True at First Light, 100 Years of Solitude, What is the What, and the list goes on!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Dangerously nightclimbed a huge canyon face in Utah to be rewarded with an incredible view of the stars. Camped on the rocky beach of Lake Superior with the most incredible sunset ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would gladly do any of the following: teach you how to make a wonderful breakfast, show you a proper barbecue, teach you a few things on guitar, about music, etc. Tell you a terribly endless story, go fishing, talk philosophy, and the list goes on!
