ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is pronounced Car-EE not Carrie. I’m from Vancouver but I live in Toronto right now and love it! It’s very up and coming.

I work with engineers and designers to build software these days. I get to work with some pretty cool clients and emerging tech. It’s super fun but truthfully I’d rather be outdoors! I’ve been playing soccer since I was 6, and love hiking and snowboarding. I’m also a licensed boat captain... I used to drive little ferries in Vancouver as my summer job. I’m also addicted to exploring/adventuring/travelling and love meeting new people with different backgrounds. Lastly, I like good food and wine and beer and whiskey :)

Before Toronto I lived in SF, France, Vancouver, Auckland, Montreal and Kathmandu. I really enjoyed moving but I’m also so happy I’ve found Toronto. I feel like this can be my home for a while... although you won’t hear me yelling Go leafs! anytime soon.

Hello! I am from Canada but live in Dax, France at the moment. I quit my engineering job in Canada because I realized I hated my life... AND NOW I LOVE IT! RIght now I teach english at two primary schools. I love it! And I get to practice my french (and spanish which is non-existant) lots! I like sports! I like peanut butter! I like learning! And I like living POURQUOI PAS!?

SALUT! Je viens du Canada mais j'habite à Dax, France. Haha POURQUOI? Ce n'était pas mon choix à habiter à Dax mais en fait, ca va bien! Je suis venue en France pour pratiquer mon français et pour une aventure! L'année passée j'ai décidé que l'ingénierie est pas pour moi et cette année est pour réfléchir à quoi je doit faire après. J'enseigne anglais ici aux écoles primaires et je l'adore! J'aime des sports! J'aime la beurre du cacahuète. J'aime vivre "POURQUOI PAS!?"
