ABOUT ME

Been living in Athens, GA for about 7 years now, working on organizing poetry and comedy shows, along with an absurdist zine.

Just finished my masters thesis on the linguistics of laughter in improv ("Finding the Game: A Conversation Analysis... of Improv").

PHILOSOPHY

The two things that matter to me most are Knowledge and Compassion. Everything else falls to the wayside.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

As I've gotten older I've become more of a homebody, but I go through spurts of travel. I also always like meeting new people, whether I'm traveling or not. Always happy to welcome newcomers to Athens -- it's a beautiful spot.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hiking the West Highland Way in Scotland was really rewarding. Climbing Ben Nevis at the end of it was a heck of a time. I like climbing up large hills and mountains. One of the most incredible places I've been is Stone Mountain, which is in Georgia where I'm from. It's a big granite rock, and I don't know why, but it is so fascinating to me that anything grows on it.
