CURRENT MISSION
Be the happiest person I can be.
ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Kevin, and I am a third year student at Vassar College studying international studies. When I have spare time, I love to be outdoors, whether that be biking, hiking, or camping.
Before starting college, I lived in the Ecuadorian Amazon Rainforest with a host family and interned at a rural health clinic. During my time aboard, I realized that I did not want to be pre-med, so I started talking Arabic in college and completely loved it.
This year, I will be studying Arabic in Jordan at Sijal Institute for the summer then at the University of Jordan for the academic year.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING: Couchsurfing connects travelers to locals and completely transforms the traveling experience. I love feeling like part of a dynamic community of folks who are constantly on the move and open to learning new things.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE: Over the winter (2016), two friends and I couchsurfed from Washington D.C. down to Georgia then back up. It was a blast, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
