My current mission is to plan my next trip to... haven't got that far with the actual plan yet.

ABOUT ME

I'm pretty much a typical Estonian: laid back, kind of cynical and the quieter type. I like to tell myself that I can go wild when I have to but so far I've never had the need. I love talking to total strangers. Listening to their stories and views gets me excited every time. Although I don't travel a lot, I do like to travel and would like to engage in it a bit more in the future. I've grown up in a small town and the size of the actual world absolutely amazes me.

PHILOSOPHY

The last couple of years have taught me that the most exciting things in life are the ones we can't see ahead or have control over. Sometimes it's good fun to let go of my vision of the future and just pick something random to do and see where it takes me. This excludes stupid stuff - it's not exciting to know for a fact that I'm going to hurt myself with a stupid stunt. And that's how I think, in a nutshell.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to surf loads of couches and/or floors with blankets. I would also like to host some nice people, although I am very protective of my home. Some barriers just need to be broken. Would not like to substitute a hotel but instead to meet various people and have a great time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just one, visited Norwich, UK in September 2012 and stayed with a lovely host and met some wonderful people, including other surfers. Fell in love with the whole thing right away.

I like to take pictures and make videos. Feels good to create something and even better if its mimicking something artsy.
