ABOUT ME

We are Mr. and Mrs. Krammig.

Anita on Sebastian: He is definitely a special one, but you may be getting the biased version here. Seb is a very laid back person, who loves the simple things in life. He can make you smile on any given day with his pearly whites. Sebastian is very interested in experiencing new things, and finds learning from others one of his main guiding principles. He spends his days surfing our couch, working with his hands (he is a super nifty handyman), cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or playing the guitar. He is a free-spirited, open minded, heart warming individual, who always has insightful ideas on how to see the positive and good in life.
Seb lives in the moment, and every moment with him is a special one.

Sebastian on Anita: Anita is a young, open minded, friendly, sensitive, trustworthy, loving, curious, and wonderful person, who loves to travel, laugh, eat, talk, dance, sing (in the shower) and bring people in her surrounding to laugh. She does not only study Sociology academically but also practices and engages in it outside of class, which I think portrays a great description of her character. She also loves to go for walks, create new concoctions of smoothies, and has a beautiful creative side to her.
Whenever I am on the move with Anita, it seems often as if she brings me luck. With her I frequently meet nice people, especially during our travels. She is quite simply the perfect companion and I love spending my days with her.

PHILOSOPHY

We live for our last day to be able to tell ourselves that it was all worth it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We couchsurfed an entire month in San Diego, Oahu, Maui and Hawaii Island, the experience was rad! :) We met a bunch of cool people, who showed us all the local and hidden spots. We've also been to Sardegna in Italy and Morocco and had a wonderful time.

Travelling the world, meeting people from all walks of life, enjoying the sound of walking on pebbles or the crunchy kind on small rocks, always learning, sometimes teaching, wearing open toe shoes.. or better yet - none at all, nature-trees-species-universe, documentaries, ideas, deep conversation, breakfast, experiencing today and tomorrow, the sound of unknown language, being adventurous at any given moment, original styles, smiling, eating different food (eating and cooking in general), reading a books, hands smelling of lemon, drinking water, colours of the spectrum, thinking outside of the box, dancing whenever we feel like it.. eclectic taste in music (pretty much any beats that are eargasmic), design, photography, creativity is a must, reading thoughtfulness, but also sometimes just junkie tv, sunsets, smell of fresh coffee in the morning, staying healthy, giving and feeling goodness, keeping it real, yoga, loving learning and sharing.

Social omnivores. We love to do all three, and have many favourites, which would probably take, what would feel like an eternity, to list.. and one of our brains seems to have a mild case of short term memory

Anita: Grew up in 4 different countries, finished all my mustard and now, mayonnaise too.

Sebastian: Walked the East Coast of Mexico in three months.

Both..
* met great people all over the globe
* 9 Wochen im Wohnmobil gelebt
* Schauinsland Hike 1284 m in less than 20 minutes (jk, it took about 3 hours)
* saw Lava flowing and merging with the ocean in Hawaii
* been to the tip of Bol (the Golden Horn) on Brac Island, Croatia
* visited the southernmost point of the US

Yes please.

A composition of juxtapositions and an hint of corniness, but we like it:

Ability to see the unseen. Ability to hear the unheard. Ability to touch the untouched. Ability to smell the unsmell(ed)able. Ability to taste the untasted. And make others smile. ;)

Aaaaaand, less important things such as, university, sociology, psychology, heating engineering, polyglot, three passports, cooking and cleaning, being outdoorsy as much as artsy fartsy.

We would like to learn what we do not yet know, or expand the threads on what we think we know..
