About Me

I love new people, new knowledge, new impressions.

As a guest I like to talk a lot because I always have impressions from new places and want to share them.
I am interested in skiing, hiking, bike riding, reading different genres, learning languages, talking on philosophical matters.
I believe that one of the most important thing in the world is communication among people because only through this the human´s life makes sense.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel a lot and each time I get to a new place I want to meet new friends. It must be a part of every travel as without it a travel is dry and boring.
Of course, somebody can say that all the information is in the Internet and all the sightseeings are available without any new friend (terrible heartless ones), but I believe that new contacts are the thing that makes every trip unique and unforgettable. New people exactly are the travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite Russian books: Monday Begins on Saturday by Boris and Arkady Strugatsky and The Twelve Chairs by Ilf and Petrov (and also The Golden Calf by them).
Among forein books I would share, first of all, Vanity Fair: A Novel without a Hero by Thackeray, all the Shakespeare's, especially Makbeth and Otello and Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand (an amazing one), Stanislav Lem is also a great writter.
Regarding films I really like La vita e bella (Life is Beautiful) by Roberto Benigni and A Beautiful Mind by Ron Howard, they are the most favorite. I also like all the Marvel films and films on Middle Ages and Magic and Adventures and so on.
About music: I like many sorts of it. Actually, earlier (at about 16-17) I prefered only hard music like I See Stars, As I Lay Dying etc., then I liked only classical music, but now I realise that I cannot like something "only" any more. So I listen to what I am recommended and what I like. If you read to this place get my congratulations and respect and write "English friend do u speak it" in request (well, it's not mandatory, but funny at least).
Recently I have been interested in German and Latinoamerican Rap (Calle 13, K.I.Z., Casper so on).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Found Couchsurfing for myself and loved this style of travelling once and forever.

Second, I can discuss important and controversial issues even if I am not drunk (but it is better when I am).
Third, we can always spend time together and you will improve your guide skills on me :)
