Overview
About Me
I'm looking to live a life that can feed my love of learning through a (hopefully) healthy mix of spontaneity and spreadsheets. :)
I am half-Korean and was exposed at a young age at the beautiful diversity of our species by having one foot in the east and the other in the west.
I love engaging conversation and connecting to other people through our stories and ideas.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Excited to host and be hosted!
At this point, I've stayed on several people's couches throughout the United States and abroad. Sightseeing while travelling is fun, but getting to know who the people are is the most rewarding use of time in my experience.
I've had so much fun hosting and being hosted - Couchsurfing is wonderful.
Interests
When visiting a new place or new culture, I'm interested in:
- Food: What's is traditional or popular here?
- Entertainment: What do people do for fun?!
- People: What kind of perspectives/beliefs are common?
- History: What events have shaped this part of the world?
- Geography: What major features influence culture/infrastructure?
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Taking meditation seriously deeply changed my life for the better.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I've renovated boats/cars/houses if you need some advice on how to fix anything around your "couch". :D
Learn: I want to hear what you're passionate about or whatever is important to you.
Share: I love to meditate if you have any interest in building the skill.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bahamas, Canada, Croatia, England, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Slovenia, South Korea, Vatican City State
