About Me

In short- I grew up in a beautiful town in New York State called Lake George. After graduating from University and spending a year living in New York City, I realized the big city life wasn't for me. I decided to visit my family in Poland and ended up staying there. Basically haven't stopped traveling since.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There is no better way to experience a new place than through a local's perspective. I’m not using Couchsurfing to find a place to stay for free but instead as a way to meet new people and learn about their culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all different kinds of music. If I'm into a song, I will listen to it- regardless of the genre. I feel it's tough to categorize music into separate genres these days anyways. Some albums that I just can't ever get enough of though:

Alt-J - An Awesome Wave
The Doors - The Doors / An American Prayer
RHCP - Californication
Emancipator - Soon It Will Be Cold Enough

Books:

Sapiens, The Stranger in the Woods, Cat's Cradle,

Movies:

Grand Budapest Hotel, V For Vendetta, Fight Club, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite memories is when three of my friends and I took a road trip across North America for three weeks. We hit many stops along the way and did things like hiked Yosemite and the Grand Canyon and visited a ton of major cities and drove down the coastal highway in California. This was my first experience traveling and never felt more alive.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm easy to accommodate. Content with just about anything. I believe to be a good guest and I always try to leave a place cleaner than it was before I got there. Always happy to share my stories and experiences while traveling, etc.
