我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing to step really far from my confront zone. I am putting myself in a situation that I have never been in before. I am pushing myself to learn more about myself.

音乐、电影和书籍

I love very different genres of music. Grunge, rock, pop, Indie. Whatever has an acoustic guitar and a soft male voice. Music I can relate to. One of my favorite songs has to be "Soon Forget" by Pearl Jam, which kind of sums up everything I believe in.
My favorite movie has to be "Into the Wild" or "Breakfast at Tiffany's". Both movies kind of reflect my personality. "Into the Wild" is all about a restless soul trying to get away from the society. I feel like that more often that you would ever imagine. While "Breakfast at Tiffany's" is about a woman who does not even name her cat as she's scared of commitment. Hey, I was scared to buy myself a bed knowing I would be stuck with the bed whenever I move.
My favorite book has to be a poetry book by two Estonian authors. Poetry speaks to me on so many levels and every time when I read it, I feel like I understand it differently.
If it comes to non-poetry books, my favorite has to be "Cather in the Rye". I feel like there is a little Holden in me.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I feel so proud when I talk about this, but my parents have 3 animals, all rescued from death. I forced some decisions on my parents.
Our first cat was meant to be drowned by my uncle. We took her in to find her a home. It has been 14 years. Our dog was rescued from a family of alcoholics. He was abused, today he is happy and has many pairs of lovings hands petting him. We also took in a little kitten, who was scared and cold and scared of the outside (and the inside). We also wanted to look for a better home for her, but the dog and the young cat get along so well, we did not have the heart.
We also rescued a dog from the shelter, a little puppy. The most adorable dog I have ever had. Sadly, he passed away, but I know that those 2 years he lived were the best years a dog could have.

I just graduated high school and I feel like I learned more during my graduation ceremony than I ever did in the classroom. Our head master quoted someone from some book, I do not remember anymore, but the words were clear: "Kindness is free" and this is what I live by. Kindness is free and kindness is free for everyone. It does not ask for gender or race or religious beliefs. This is what I try to share with others, this is how I try to live by.

I am an honest and open person. I can always tell you my most honest opinion, most honest thought. I can always say good morning with a smile. I can give my energy and my mind. I can offer an experience. I can also bring some really nice Estonian sweets.
