Overview
About Me
Taking it easy and enjoying whatever good food and coffee there is along the way.
I completed a bachelor's in Cognitive Psychology with an interest in Neuroscience in Biology. After finishing school, I went on to a career most psychology students go toward. Making coffee as a barista.
All jokes aside, I fell in love with the specialty coffee industry in 2014 and haven't turned back since. I love the craft aspect, the growing sensory and food science, the social and cultural impact, and especially the hospitality aspect of the industry.
I am passionate about learning all things food, wine, beer, spirits, coffee, languages, and culture.
