Hi, I am Krish, a phd graduate in Taipei, Taiwan. Originally I am from Kolkata, India. I would say am an easy going person who can sometimes be quite detached from everything. I like gaming both indoors and outdoors. I also love to travel and someday I plan to finish traveling in all countries. That's a valid plan for now and a goal for me to achieve in future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like gossiping sometimes too much. Hahahaha. Also I like to travel and this is a perfect opportunity to meet new people. I can host 1 person at max as of now but if some of my roomates are on vacation or in home maybe more. I hope it gives me confidence enough to try couch surfing to get a place when I travel myself.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to almost all kinds of music but my favourites are just listening to music without any lyrics. I generally stick with thrillers from authors like Frederick Forsyth, Dan Brown, Arthur Conan Doyle, Issac Assimov, etc. Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings like fairytales are also my thing. Well as for movies I like Matrix trilogy, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Déjà Vu, Slumdog Millionaire, The Godfather trilogy, so basically thrillers and crimes genre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled to Philippines for 1st time going abroad impromptu. Without any definite plans or ideas. Just enjoyed the unplanned trip and it was great!!! From taking small fisherman's boat for crossing to staying in locals huts and riding a paraw; was truly an amazing experience.

I can teach Indian cooking. :P although am not a great cook.
I can learn anything if that interests me be it some language tips, travelling tips or anything else.
I can share the kitchen and utensils if needed.
