I'm 40, i n couple with christophe, with a 10 years old daughter named Emma.
I love travel, specially for intercultural meeting.
We've been travelling throughout Africa, in as different ways as possible (bus, train, truck, hiking, walking...)
Chris and I, it's like the dwarf in "Amélie Poulain". Check the pictures ! you will understand !
With my family, we lived 6 years on the Comoros Island archipelago, 4 years in Senegal and now we decided to settled on Reunion island, because life under tropics is so much easier !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is a great way to meet people, in their way of life. You can't understand a country trough its touristics points but through its people.
Couchsurfing helps to know each other better, to exchange on life, value, habits... and hospitality is a value in which I trust !

For the last 5 years, I'm involved in yoga, and it's a way to enlight my life.
I spend a lot a time with my friends, enjoying the places where I live : hiking in the mountains of Reunion Island, snorkeling in the lagoon of National sea reserve, lazzing on the beach...

I listen Coldplay, Angus & Julia Stone, Camille...
I like listening special music for meditation while i'm practising yoga.
The last book I read and like is "La guérison du monde" from Frederic LENOIR (a french philosoph)
the last movie is "China Jam" from Evrard WENDENBAUM, which is just amazing !! It was awarded in "Le festival du film d'Aventures".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

let's talk about "one" of the worst...
I joined the north of Moçambique (Pemba) and the littlest island of Comoros archipelago (Moheli) on a 7 meters sailing boat with my friend and a guy that we didn't know. It was a 3 days totally improvised trip, durong which I was sick all along !

I've learned a lot and it's important to share.
Now, I want to work in the sustainable development.
