I am a free spirited gal. A dreamer. I can be a goofy clown but also a seriously hard worker. I like to play like a kid that has had too much chocolate. I am laid back and accepting of others. I love God and all of God's creation. I have a lot of energy and want to use it in positive ways. I love helping others every chance I get. I feel so full of love and gratitude that I might EXPLODE!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to host when I have a home to share. I am usually on the move and have found couch surfing to be most useful in sharing travel tips and must see spots with other travelers. I have been hosted by some wonderfully generous people that have made my adventures that much better. The couch surfing community can make any place feel like home! It is great to know folks are making their way around the world connecting, caring, and having a ton of fun!!

I have been surfing couches for years through mutual friends but this community only broadened the scope. I am forever grateful! Couch surfing is the wave of the future..I dig it!

I am in love with living!!! I love people, especially kids, animals and plants...I love mother nature and everything you can do in it. Snow, deserts, mountains, trees, rivers and beaches...AHHHHH SO MUCH BEAUTY!!!! History, philosophy, religions, nutrition, natural healing... I love playing, riding bikes, canoes, and kayaks... traveling, exploring, adventure, climbing, hitch hiking, backpacking, passion, creativity, colors, art, design, music, my guitar, harmonicas, pianos, drum circles, costumes, dancing, yoga, running, gardening, juggling, poi, painting, photography, poetry, writing (I have journals to account for the last 14 years of my life) volunteering, chocolate, coffee, cheese, wine, whiskey, early morning walks with my dog in the bright sunshine...good conversation with deep thinkers and dreamers...spending time with the people i love...laughing out loud until it hurts my sides and face!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I was pulled out of another human body (Thanks mom!) and smacked on the booty under harsh fluorescent lighting! Welcome to earth!

I rode my bicycle from East Tennessee to Vancouver and down the coast to the Bay area of California. I met many amazing people and saw some breath taking country along the way. Cycle touring is my new favorite way to travel!

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I love to learn new things and consider myself a super enthusiastic student! A goal of mine this year is to learn how to sail! As far as things to share...I can teach a couple of beginner juggling tricks and poi moves, how to tie an 8 knot before you climb a mountain..how to make a scarf...some great yoga postures to keep ya loose, a couple of chords on the guitar...how to fold an origami crane or do a cart wheel :) Any of my interests I am excited to share!
