ABOUT ME

In addition to running, kayaking, biking, backpacking and hiking, I love the arts and theater and am currently a graduate student at the Brown University/ Trinity Repertory Consortium in Providence Rhode Island. I'm going to be traveling to the UK during June to take in some theater and the sights.

I'm actually kind of shy until I get to know people or feel comfortable, but I'm very much a people person, so meeting people in the cities or countries that I travel to would do a great deal to help me to come out of my shell and to fully enjoy the culture.

I'm a nice guy who gets along with almost everyone very well. As a guest, I'm polite and have a very small footprint. I love to grab a beer and listen to people's stories or to have some good positive debate. I've loved meeting people while backpacking, especially the great people I've met hitchhiking. I would love to have the same kinds of experiences with great people couch surfing.

PHILOSOPHY

Advocate for the guy that no one else will advocate for. Jump into new experiences, but be safe, Operation: Don't Die is always in effect. Try to live as fully and presently as possible with your whole being.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach about anything theater, though I may not know about the theater community in a specific area. I've also worked for the Boy Scouts, so if you need to brush up on your knots or fire building, I'm your man.
