Chaos rules, just as my lust for life, art and for meeting and connecting people. Sometimes I get lost. In ideas, projects, art disciplines, maps, trains, lovely people... Untill now I always got home safe. Shaken, but safe. That's how I like it!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

At 18, I was in a flood in India.
Fell in love with a little village in Nicaragua and sang for the rural women there.
Ate blue tortillas in Mexico.
Saw young Nepales monks discussing life, very seriously.
Walked and meditated with 100 silent people in a line in the beautiful landscape in the south of France.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Dance improvisation I love to teach. Body work. Improvisation in general. And mask theatre. I like sharing languages. I would like to learn languages as well. Right now hindi and improving my German and Spanish are on my list. In the future I would love to learn Arabic. And share recipes. And meditation.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I love to cook and sing. Also love to exchange how life is on another spot of the planet... Language exchange always fun. I am learning to give craniosacral sessions and happy to share.
