One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

downsized from a "typical" way of living: house, suv, career and routine. realeased and cleano two suitcases.
Spending the past 7 months abroad. Meeting the most sensational people, experiencing life to the fullest and living day by day, moment for moment.

one more life story, playing rugby after 15 years eyes on me for the canadian national team I recieved a low blow and destroyed my knee. After invasive surgery, and not being aloud to walk for 3 months: weight and depression grew heavy over me.
Since then I have over come major obstacles. 32Kg down, depression a thing of the past and a new way of life on the horizon, sharing my story to help others.
