Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've joined couch surfing to hopefully make new friends, and experience new places through the eyes of someone who lives there. I love showing people cool things in my town that are off the beaten path. Sometimes traveling alone can be a bit isolating, but I think that this can really help people form connections and learn about the place they are visiting in a more personal way.
