Complete Scrum Master certification to transition into IT field doing project management for in-house CRM software development. Then lead Operations for a mobile "outpatient" , "ambulatory" lab.

Proactive is almost always more effective than reacting in healthcare so the current system is backwards. In developing wellness programs ER visits should be left only to the established Insurance companies. New programs have to be created with new objectives. I want to redesigned the current HR processes for corporations withkut disrupting current systems. New satellite departments for companies focus strictly on employee satisfaction in the digital age and are accomplished remotely for zero investment cost. I want to lead a company. I want to be C.E.O. with the mission to identify Corporate . Engagement. Opportunites. And connect the World objectives we are designed to discover. We were designed as an idea. I am just laying the blueprint and finding vendors for the event that a higher power created that our eyes or brains can not process when being controlled by fear. We must first focus on self love the new initative for humans post 2020. The self.
