As an emo kid at heart, I never grew out of that phase. I'm all about soulful tunes, and my favourite solo artist is Dermot Kennedy. When it comes to movies, you can't beat the nostalgia of The Lion King. And for those quiet moments, I love diving into a good audiobook – currently, I'm hooked on "Atlas of the Heart" by Brene Brown.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For my 30th birthday, I took the plunge and swam with whale sharks on the Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia.

I'm passionate about building inclusive communities and have extensive knowledge and skills in this area - in particular community sports! Whether it's sharing strategies for fostering social inclusion or discussing the importance of representation, I'm always eager to learn and exchange ideas with like-minded individuals.
