trying to live by 'happy go lucky' ....works most of the time, not always though. It's a tough world we live in, but, our 'earth has music for those who listen' to say it in the words of Shakespeare.

Balance is very important. Extremely being into one kinda thing wouldn't keep me healthy. I like to see the world as science, and living our lives as art, a philosophy. I believe in the power of words! I get easily excited and don't want to feel ashamed about it. The little things, yay.

The wind, the sun, the fire or the waters will never cease to amaze me. Hikes, Skis, Walks, or just sitting by the water will do. YOGA has become a lifestyle. Also like my moments alone inside of 4 walls every now and then though, to center back in, get some writing done and get over mind-disasters that might appear every now and then. Also love watching good movies, books, cooking and baking, learning about nutrition. So many many things!

Ridden my beautiful Honda Superdream across Ho Chi Minh city, daily, and a different Honda along the Chinese-Vietnamese border.
