Overview
About Me
I was born and raised on a farm a couple hours outside of Edmonton. My sister and I moved here to get out of the small town and seek more opportunities in the city of Edmonton, the capital of Alberta.
I currently work full time in a pub and my boyfriend works as a welder.
We’re currently on a 3 month trip through Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, and Indonesia, with Tokyo as the last stop before we head back home.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am eager to learn more about other cultures, improve my Spanish (although it’s been a long time since I’ve practised so it’s probably quite bad haha) and hopefully meet some fantastic people along the way. As well, it seems a very fun way to experience cultures more realistically and personally.
I truly wanted to show travellers and visitors a more personal look into my city and share with you a Canadian experience.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all genres of music, including classic rock, electronic music of all kinds, and Latino music!
I love movies and watch everything from action, to comedy, to chick flicks.
Reading is a passion of mine, and I will read any genre of book, Be it horror (I often regret those after a late night of reading), fantasy, young adult, or historical fiction.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Solo backpacking through Central America
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can take you for a drive around the city, and show you how people here in Edmonton live and work. If there are any specific locations you would like to go to, I could possibly take you there, and help transport you safely to your next location in the city or to bus stations or train stations or wherever you may need to go.
I unfortunately cannot host in my apartment right now, as I’m in too small of an apartment, but I would love to meet up if the opportunity comes up.
