my closest friends call me "happy tears" because i tend to laugh so hard that i cry. the reason is twofold, really; i either have overactive tear ducts or find things more hilarious than the average person.

i love sending and receiving snail mail, star gazing and going on adventures. i hail from the best coast (sunny california) but have lived in NYC for the past five years where i am a floral designer and prop stylist assistant.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

to meet kindred spirits and see the world through different eyes; i first couchsurfed my way from nice to bordeaux on a week long roadtrip. the stories, meals shared and variety of hosts in the different regions were inspiring and unlike any experience i've had.
