About Me
Hello! I am a young, recent graduate with my Master's in ecohydrology. After graduation, I completed my first bicycle tour, traveling from Vancouver, B.C. to Santa Cruz, CA. I had a great time, and especially enjoyed my stays with couch surfing hosts! Now I have retired my bicycle back home in Arizona and am setting out via train, plane, and automobile to see more of the country and abroad!
I am most excited to learn about different cultures, taste new cuisines, shake my tail feathers to some new music and bands, practice yoga in new environments, and any other wild adventure, whether in the countryside or city. I get along well with dogs, cats, horses, and other animal friends, and look forward to making many new friends!

Happy trails! :D

Music, Movies, and Books
I truly enjoy a wide variety of music, movies, and books but here is a little list off the top of my head...
Music: Classic rock (Beatles, Led Zep., Eagles, etc), jazz (Miles Davis, T. Monk), 90s (especially Radiohead), Earth Wind and Fire, Electronic and pop (Daft Punk, Bjork), and so much more...pretty much any live music!
Movies: Amelie, Fantasia, Donnie Darko, When Harry Met Sally, Gladiator...
Books: The Alchemist, Mists of Avalon, A New Earth, The Tao De Ching....
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Backpacked in the Grand Canyon and jumped in Ribbon Falls during the winter!
Teach, Learn, Share
Although I completed degrees in geology and ecohydrology, I am still learning these subjects. Now I am learning through traveling, and am eager to share my scientific awareness of landscapes, and to learn from those along my path. My soul finds satisfaction through this constant teaching, learning, and sharing process.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Earth science knowledge, quirky humor, a great smile and hug, culinary skills, a listening ear, a good drinking buddy, a zen yoga partner, and someone to chat about science, philosophy, and beyond!
