ABOUT ME

My name is Kristen. I have lived in South Korea and England and used those opportunities to extensively travel those continents. Now I am back in Canada, working in Communications, but I have not given up my love for travel. My travel is just more local at the moment. I can't wait until I have the opportunity to move to city so that I can host people and pay forward the generosity that past couchsurfing hosts have shown to me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed throughout Europe and it was always a great experience meeting new people and experiencing the local flavour of any city or town that I was visiting. I wish that I had known about couchsurfing while I was still in Asia!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen a lot of awe inspiring things throughout my travels, but if I had to pick only three things, they would be:
1) Sleeping in a tent on the Great Wall of China.
2) Sunset at the Ankor Wat in Cambodia.
3) Every time I step into the arrivals terminal in Toronto and get to hug my family and friends.
