The people I’ve met in Germany from couch surfing from the time I lived there actually improved my quality of life there. I never felt alone or friendless ever because of courchsurfing meet-ups and events, and I actually met one of my best friends through courchsurfing meet-ups (looking at you Sara x)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I randomly decided to move countries for
a bit and moved to Germany where I lived and worked as an Au Pair and met so best, most interesting, kind and adventurous group of people in Mainz and made some friends for life, including from couch surfing and attending soo many of the meet-ups and events. Was one of the bravest things I’d done, seeing as I didn’t speak any German before I went to live there, but was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done
