ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurous and optimistic person who loves traveling. I've traveled quite a bit to SEA (Indo, Thailand, Singapore), Fiji, Australia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Mexico, the Caribbean, across Canada, down the west coast of the states, NY, and Florida. My newest adventure is heading over to Europe to get a taste of the history, culture and amazingness that is Paris, Amsterdam, Switzlerland, and Bordeaux. I'll be traveling with my cousin - we're both easy going history buffs who will probably be wide-eyed and awestruck saying "it's soooo beautiful!" for almost anything you show us. Cobblestone streets included. haha.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm really new to this site, but I'm willing to skype or get to know my host prior to coming over so you can get a sense of who I am. I'm looking to meet people who want to help us find the best coffee shop, or the best croissant, or the best live music. We want to make experiences of every day occurrences, and I think that would be easiest to find by meeting a local who wants to show off their favourite spots. We don't have too much time for vacation, so we want to make every moment count!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My roommates and I constantly have people staying on our couch, but so far it's only been people that we have a direct connection to.

Interests

being outdoors: biking, snowshoeing, running, sitting at the beach. Yoga. Finding new spots to add to my cookie tour. Reading: philosophy (Krishnamurti, Osho, Pema Chondron). Board games. Laughing with my friends. Infrared saunas. Good food. Finding great new restaurants. Good wine. Politics. Aboriginal rights.

- traveled solo in Honduras.
- dove with 10 massive bumphead parrot fish
- dove in the remote corners of Indonesia with a plethora of sharks, fish and coral.
