Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and have my BS in hospitality management from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Just left my job in Kitchen Operations and ready to do my own thing. I have a lot of ideas and still narrowing down all the things.

I'm really good at....
Making something out of nothing. Give me some ingredients and I'll make something (hopefully delicious). Analyzing situations and people, coming up with a solution to any problem. Being enthusiastic and optimistic, I love celebrating the small stuff.

1. Bernese Mountain Dogs (Don't have one, WANT ONE)
2. My best girlfriends (Who's better than someone that you will be best friends with regardless if they are across the country and you haven't seen them in almost a year?)
3. Spices -- cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, coriander, curry, salt (duh.), pepper
4. Running/hiking/yoga
5. My family -- my brothers and sister are the best. We are a funny bunch. Very sarcastic.
6. japanese sweet potatoes- I eat them like they are apples when baked.
