I have friends who have stayed with or hosted others through Couchsurfing and thought it would be a great way to meet new people while at home or traveling.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As a new surfer, I am a little green with expectations, and maybe it's different for each host and surfer experience. I appreciate you considering to share your space with me. In return, you can expect that I will be respectful of your family and/or roommates, house and neighbors and will adhere to your house rules. I will attempt to leave your house in the same condition it was upon arrival. I am happy to help prepare a meal, but certainly don't expect you to host, cook or entertain me, or be my personal tour guide. I will likely want to experience your city, so suggestions of places to go, things to do and see, special events while in town and favorite restaurants are greatly appreciated. I hope to make new friends wherever I land.
