CURRENT MISSION

I am currently living a very happy life in Minneapolis, but I want more! I want to see new places and experience things that I normally wouldn't in the Twin Cities.

ABOUT ME

I am 26 years old, living in Minnaepolis and working in the mental health field. Further schooling is in the works...eventually. Until I buckle down with the books I would like to get out and LIVE.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that life is a journey that does not stop once you have accomplished something or achieved a certain point. Something new and exciting can happen at every moment of every day. I have also had too many reminders that life is so precious and can be gone in an instant. Why wait to experience something in the distant future, when we are not even promised tomorrow?

Interests

I enjoy going out for live music, or any fun night out. I also really love everything vintage, clothes, furniture...you name it. New places, experiences and foods are definitely other things I like. I'm usually a vegetarian but if something is put in front of me that I've never tried, I'll have a go at it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Rockabilly, old blues and jazz, alternative, bluegrass, some electronic, indie, classical. Favorite bands include Smashing Pumpkins and Florence + Machine.
Movies: Amadeus, Interview with the Vampire, Amelie, The Others, Moulin Rouge, Freaks, Crybaby (and many other John Waters films)...others!
