I am about to finish my Master's in Psychology with a major in Business Psychology. Before I enter the working life for good, I want to take advantage of the fact that I still have two months of complete free time left, so I decided to travel through Scandinavia, which I have been meaning to do for quite some time now.
I have never couchsurfed before, but during my semester in Valencia, Spain, we occasionally had some couchsurfers who stayed in our flat for a few nights, and I loved meeting them and hearing their story.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be traveling through Denmark, Sweden and Norway during the summer. Since I am traveling alone, I would like to meet nice people that can tell me all about secret spots to visit!

Interests

I think I change my hobbies once every two years or something. It's not that I lose interest, but rather discover something new that I really get lost in. Recently, that has been building my own furniture and trying different styles of painting, mostly with water colours and spray paint. I am not good at painting though (but I am capable of building some nice, lasting furniture pieces) but it's fun to do anyway.

In the summer I love playing beach volleyball and I played in a team for 5 years. During my time in Salzburg, Austria, my roomates tought me how to ski and now I am addicted to it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love hip hop, especially German rap. But I also like all kinds of other music, depending on my current mood. I am super impressed by anyone who can play the guitar (doesn't even have to be good, I don't know the difference anyway and it still makes me happy).

I read everything, but one of my favorite books is still War and Peace by Tolstoi. As a typical German, I also love any kind of Scandivian crime thriller.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went on a very chaotic roadtrip through Spain with some friends. One night the beach was completely empty, it was still extremly hot, so we just took our clothes off and went skinny dipping in the ocean. Might not sound really exciting but it was an incredible feeling!
