Hi,

I'll just start with why CS? I'm from Slovenia and want to visit some ex-yugoslavian countrys, so in April I'll take an balkan-tour to Serbia, Macedonia and prolong it to Albania. Currently I have the time as I'm taking a year off to experience EVS voluntering and travel around Europe.

Personaly I'm doing my best to manage this thing called life and enjoy it as it unfolds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travell and experience the visiting country not through hotels and hostels where everybody is a guest. But with the help of "native speakers" as they know how it actualy is to live there.

Had my account for a while, but only this year did I find the time to travel and try out CS.

Interests

Learning to cook vegetarian, but still eat meat, just less. Started attending spanish classes my aim is to learn spanish efficient enough to speakt it without embaresment☺
Am a advocate for LGBT issues and women struggels. Mostly read books connected to this theme.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a oldie goldie fan: from Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra to Nina Simon.

Last I watched the movie "I, Daniel Blake" love animations like "Persepolis" or "Red Turtle". Love the works from studio Ghibli.

My favourite book is Broken Sky - Chris Wooding, I read it when at age 13 and from then on I started visiting the library more often.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a boat when I was very young. Correction I actualy stole the boat and at the time could not swimm as I was very, very young.
