I Love to travel :) I have been to the Caribbean, Hawaii, Thailand, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Spain and England with Portugal on the horizon! I am born and raised in New York, USA and have lived up and down the coast of California, on Hawaii and in Peru!

I have studied many healing arts practices.
I have recently started writing more.

I love playing music, I play hand drums/percussion and currently on the adventure of learning the guitar! Always up for an impromptu jam session :)
