I'm a big yoga lover. Completed my Yoga Teachers Course in July 2018.
My mission is to find myself through others, through discovering things, learning things, sharing things. Everything you do, every step, every word, sound, also silence, move, gesture, look, smile, laugh, dream, colour,sense, feeling, flavour, fragrance, shade, every detail enriches one’s experiences and let’s you grow. I seek for inner happiness and find it in most unexpected moments. I learned that expectations are pointless but just excitement what’s to come what drives me.

PHILOSOPHY

I have the feeling that the future is so full of posibilities. For me the future is just a huge bunch of discoveries.
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.
If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don't like and like so many things we don't do?

兴趣

Spontaneity is my favourite word, the best things happen unplanned, right? But don’t forget to have a vision of the future anywhere you go. Otherwise you get a bit lost.
I’m probably a very mixed persona. One day I can be like ‘Oh I will be vegetarian, have a normal job, a kid, a husband, go to sleep at 10 pm sharp, no caffeine, no alcohol, do sports and yoga’ but then another day I would be like ‘People, let’s leave everything behind, travel the world, dance all nights, no routine, no family ever, eat whatever, jump from the cliff, nothing is a danger, let’s do something crazy, be crazy, be mad, laugh and laugh and laugh’.
You never know what I can be up for next. Of course I never harm others. Not that crazy.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Jumped from cliff into the sea.
Got lost in the Rhodes city in the middle of the night all alone, without shoes and treveled with random people on motorbikes around the city (outside the city as well) searching for my house. It was the first night in that city and I had no clue where we were going. Trusting people is a good attitude but sometimes it can get you into unexpected situations.
