About Me

I works as a dispatcher for trucking company located in the USA. I have a home based office in Ukraine and work from 3pm till 1am. I have mornings free which gives me an opportunity to do some of my hobbies before work. I did some yoga for about a year and was taking tribal belly dance lessons. Then I changed for more active kind of sport - body shape. I take academic drawing lessons and dancing salsa. I prefer active kind of vacations.

All what happens is for a reason and one shouldn't regret about anything.
I get bored with the routine so try to change things around me at least a little bit so life doesn't look the same.

I've been to the USA as a Work&Travel student. Went to Bulgaria and Turkey for vacation.
Then I met my current boyfriend and last year we travelled to many places in our country. We went for vacation to Egypt and then visited few cities in Poland. Few weeks ago we were in Germany, Hamburg. Now are current mission is to visit Amserdam.
When we travel we walk a lot. W go to see as many places as possible during all day. We hardly get tired of walking ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Staying in hotels is boring, couchsurfing is more fun. You get to meet interesting people, especially locals who can share some experience.

Interests

I love listening to music. What kind? Any! Depends on my mood. (But mostly rock music)
I love books. What can be better than to loose yourself in a good book or music for a little while?!
Mostly I like detective stories, but I'm open to any kind as long as it keeps my interest.
My favorite books ever are "The Portrait of Dorian Grey" by Oscar Wilde, Conan Doyle's "Sherlock Holmes" stories of course, Den Brown's "Da Vinci Code", Stephen King's "11/22/63" touched me very deeply, and some others by Ukrainian writers.
I take drawing lessons once a week, and my progress is slow. But it's never too late to become a famous artist ;)
Also, I do some postcrossing. Sending out postcards to people from different countries, and receive some from them as well. Pretty nice to exchange hand written postcards over the ordinary mail instead of a text message and a picture on facebook =) I would write letters for few pages, but unfortunately it's not what postcrossing.com is for.
My dream is to find a penpal for years.
