Originally from Latvia, but a long time Londoner. I speak English, Latvian, Russian, German, a little bit of Turkish and about 50 words of Portuguese.

When I don’t travel, I work for one of the world’s largest media companies (not a journalist though).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a career focused lifestyle and can never get enough time to travel, so trying to do more of what I’d do while travelling while I am home - including staying open, curious and open to new friendships!

When travelling, I like to connect with locals, learn, explore and steer clear of tourist bubbles. I also travel through home swaps via People Like Us and Kindred.
