Extroverted, curious, active and optimistic. Several years ago I started teaching yoga full time and it continues to be a source of personal and professional inspiration and enrichment.

PHILOSOPHY

I know many people that always have reasons for not getting outside of their comfort zone but I feel like that is the only way to feel grounded. This world is just begging to be experienced and explored.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I often attend couchsurfing events when I am traveling. They provide a great opportunity to socialize with a community of open-minded people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed in Bologna and Stockholm, and have taken two road trips (Australia & New Zealand) with other CSers. All were such wonderful and enriching experiences. My goal in 2016 is to host!

People are fascinating to me because of how differently we all see and experience the world, yet there are so many universals that bind us together. I love people with a passion for music, cultures, healthy mind and body (which includes good food and drinks!) and a general love of learning.
