Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Coach surfed for the first time in April 2011 with a lovely man in Rimini Italy.

Before that I had used it to get in contact with people where I have been traveling in the world to get local tips.

After that I used couch surfing couple of times when I biked from Stockholm, Sweden to Crete, Greece in 2012, but the mission of that journey was to meet 100 random people and listen to their stories about why they do what they do.

When I travel I enjoy meeting people and listen to their stories. That is what makes my experiences worth traveling, and couch surfing is a splendid way to authentically meet diverse people.
