About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To accomplish my dream 12 years in the making of backpacking Europe. To see, enjoy, and experience beautiful places, people, culture, and things. AND TO HAVE A EXTRAORDINARY STORY TO BRING BACK TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!
ABOUT ME
I am Kristin a down to earth, cliche Minnesotan (Google it) looking to make priceless memories as I embark on a journey through Europe. It has been a dream of mine that started as a "cool idea" 12 years ago. I can hardly believe it's finally happening and the pieces are falling into place. It will truly be a milestone along with acting as a bridge into a new period in my life when I return home! I plan on heading into Europe June 10th and staying until July 29th. My hope for the 8 weeks I spend in Europe is to experience life on life's terms and of course learn a thing or two!!
A little background on me:
*I grew up and reside (and will probably remain here for my whole life) in Minnesota, USA….so yes…..I have the accent
*I am a people person and love to socialize with copious amounts of humor and always ready for a good time
*I love spending time out and about, whether it's exploring, dining out, going to the lake, heading to the coffee shop, or bar hopping. Nights in with good company is also a plus!
*I am laid back and can usually hold a conversation about anything, literally try me! :)
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK ME ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT ME!!
PHILOSOPHY
To do what I say and say what I do.
To feel fulfilled.
To live my dreams.
To laugh often.
To work hard and play harder.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all kinds of music and movies (not too picky, although I have my favorites). As far as books go, anything that isn't assigned to me (just completed Graduate school so I'm kind of over reading right now!)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
*I've spent much of my young adult life on my education working towards becoming a psychologist. I completed my Clinical Psychology Graduate Degree last summer. After all that work I'm happy to say that I love what I do. The human condition is fragile and resilient!! Nothing is more amazing than observing someone take control of their life and move forward.
*Snowboarding and hiking to the glaciers in Alaska was my most recent last travel experiences.
*Surviving the MN winter every year.
*Countless concerts and festivals.
*Steadily checking things off my bucket list!
