ABOUT ME

I'm a junior in college studying health sciences. I love what I am studying right now more than anything. I am psyched because I started out at Bentley University studying to become an accountant, and I realized I needed to be on my feet and active, not sitting in a cubicle 8 hours a day. So now I am looking forward to a wonderful career in Physical Therapy! (In a few years, anyway.) I love to be active, going to the gym, playing pickup soccer and basketball and just being outdoors. I enjoy painting and have done impromptu murals on my bedroom walls. I call them my doodles as I have had no formal education in it(yet!)My sister majored in French and has got me in to traveling, starting with France! I have a boyfriend who I care for very much and look forward to traveling with both him and my sister.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is really to just live my life with as much enjoyment as possible. After having transferred colleges when I realized I had chosen my career for all the wrong reasons, I know now that no matter what I do, I want to be able to wake up and look forward to the day ahead of me, everyday.

Interests

I love sports such as soccer and basketball. I have recently realized a love for physical therapy so I consider my education certainly an interest. I love painting, drawing, crafting, anything creative really.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I will listen to pretty much anything and everything! Call me eclectic.
Books: I really liked The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini, and I have to admit that I am something of a Harry Potter fan!
Movies: The Matrix, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and almost every Adam Sandler comedy ever made.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My high school trip to Madrid changed my worldview, particularly a journey to the Valley of the Fallen. It truly made me want to see more of the world.
