I have lived many places, SC, AZ, NC, TN, GA, UT, OR, CO and NM. I love to travel, exercise, meditate and I primarily eat healthy.

I have participated in the Couchsurfing experience a little and I have several friends who do it also.

I love spending time in nature, hiking is a great way to do get immersed. I am hoping to get back into biking also. I meal prep to keep myself more honest with healthy eating. I prefer guided meditations before bed to help put me to sleep and put something positive in my brain during sleep. I have a daily mindfulness practice and I am a very positive find the silver lining type of person. I LOVE to travel and to get the opportunity to meet new people.

In my 20's I rode my bicycle pulling a trailer across the country (USA) with a friend. What an adventure that was!
