About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To always stand in awe of existence.
ABOUT ME
I'm a graduate student studying communication disorders, and I do research regarding pedagogy. I like getting to know new people, because I'm always amazed by people's stories and overwhelming goodness. Overall, I'm pretty low-key, and up for doing just about anything!

PHILOSOPHY
Life is all about how we choose to react. It is our reactions that define who we are and who we are becoming.
There is no greater joy than finding passion in the very essence of existence, which is why I will never stop wandering, exploring, or learning.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now, I don't have a couch to crash on -- that will come eventually -- but I'd love to show people around Omaha. :) It's a cool city!
I have participated in community events, and I've met really great people! :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Everyone I have met on Couchsurfing has been fantastic!
Interests
I enjoy biking, hiking, sunny days, writing, pigs, going to to concerts, french bulldogs, positive people, mountains, camping, skiing, laughing, and all the adventures life has to offer me. I also LOVE traveling. I have lived on three different continents, and been to about 20 different countries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a summer in Jordan, where I went swimming with a Bedouin in the Red Sea, floated in the Dead Sea, hiked around Petra, rode on a camel, bartered at a market, celebrated Ramadan, explored Jerash, saw the Sea of Galilee, and made it to Israel (including the West Bank).
Teach, Learn, Share
The more I explore, the more I want to learn about the world around me. I want others to learn from my past experiences, mistakes, and opportunities, and I'd like to learn from others. I want to share life experiences.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Aside from being a riot (I like to think I'm an entertaining human) with a wealth of weird traveling experiences, I like to teach others about my culture (i.e., Nebraska, which is the "Good life") and I love hearing about other people's cultures. I'm fascinated by people and I'm extremely extroverted.
