ABOUT ME

March 23 2011 I became father of two lovely twin boys. To be a father is the only thing in life I haven't been able to prepare for. It's beyond my control, which, for me, is a blessing to experience. Mankind is obsessed with control, and I must admit, so am I. So right now I am enjoying moment by moment together with my family, getting to know my children.

I am a student of A Course in Miracles since 1999 and also practicing a japanese Buddhist training. I am also a passionate rockclimber. I'm not so good, but I enjoy it a lot, whether it be sport, trad or bouldering - it's all fun and developing.

I'm working as freelancing web-developer since 1999 so I hardly remember how it is to be employed. I live a rich life with lots of friends and a lovely family. Networking is an art to master and I love to connect people.

I am a non smoker. I am quiet, peaceful and attentive, keep my space tidy and don't make a mess. On the other hand I like to eat, drink, talk, be social and have a laugh, but I don't party much anymore. I like to listen to the quiet things inside, and outside. I like to take long walks in the places I visit.

PHILOSOPHY

Love and Happiness! Most important is to walk towards your goal together with other people, no matter the pace, but joining in facing in the right direction, whatever that might be for you and me. What path you choose is not so important, but choosing is. I love life and people!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The whole idea of CS really strikes a chord in me, bringing an exciting, respectful and safe way to create true connection. I think partly this is what life boils down to in the end: to connect with eachother and ourselves.

I hope to offer a guest room for coach surfers in my next apartment. Until then I will try to convince my girlfriend that this is a good idea :o)

When I'm travelling I care for the people I meet. I'd like to get to know you, hear who YOU are.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only surfed one couch so far, but all the contacts I had so far through CS has been great - this project is absolutely fantastic! :o)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have been climbing in the most beautiful places and experienced the most fantastic moves.
I have been assisting on personal growth workshops since 1988 and have supported the most brave people in the world when taking their steps forward.
And I bake my own bread! Yum.

Apart from having a lot to learn I also have a lot to teach. I have been in the self development field for 11 years and I have a lot to give. To look at yourself and learn can be easy and fun. Perhaps I can show you a few ways, if you are willing to give it a try.
