About Me

My name is Kristoffer I grew up in Aarhus, Denmark. I have 5 brothers, so we are kind of a big family. I love music and food, and I cook all the time and bake my own bread. I've been in almost 30 countries, some of the more exotic places is Brazil, Mali, South Africa, Cuba, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Island and Greenland just to mention a few.

I'm working on my finale project at my master, which is recording my debut album. So I have been in a Danish studio with my jazz quartet Frigga Feetless, the singer in this band is a bad ass Estonian female singer. This is the first half of the album, for the second half of the album I recorded in a studio in Austin, together with good friends and great musicians that I got to know when I did my exchange program in Austin.

Now I'm looking forward to see LA for the first time, I will be in LA from Wednesday December 3rd and till December 14th. So far I haven't planned anything, except that I'm going to Las Vegas December 9th and then I'll be back in LA December 11th.
I do have a short list for stuff I would like to do in LA.
1 Check out jams and gigs
2 Take the tram at Universal Studio
3 Go to Disney Land
4 Go to the beach

Looking forward to meeting you!

Music, Movies, and Books

There are so much good music, so I can't pick one artist but I listen to all kind of stuff from jazz, hip hop, RN'B, soul, pop, rock, indie (like Feist) almost everything but hardcore heavy metal and classical music. (Though I do like some classical music and a live heavy metal concert definitely have some energy that is very unique).

Movies, again there are so many good movies but Godfather, Psycho, Seven, Pulp Fiction and Rain Man is really high on the list. For series Games of Throne is really a hit. But I do like all kind of movies and series, a silly movie like 50 First Dates or How I met Your Mother can be fun to, specially if you are hungover.

Books, The Pillars of the Earth

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Riding a Dolphin or Drinking Whisky with family while looking at the inner ice in Greenland calving down to the water

Teach, Learn, Share

I can Teach how to swear in Danish, how to say cheers or what else you would like to learn to say in Danish. I can teach you guitar or how to cook lots of different kind of food, (I have been cooking for like 10 years on a daily basis, it's to expensive to eat out in Denmark haha).

Learn, well that I will leave up to you, I think it is way more interesting to be open and to hear and learn about what you find interesting instead of me telling you what I want to learn.

Share, our stories and experiences

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to cook, so I can make you good food, maybe some traditionel Danish dishes. I can bake bread, so we can have fresh homemade bread in the morning with eggs or whatever. Also I always makes smoothie in the morning. I am good at cleaning after myself, so if you are good at cleaning too, you will have a clean house. I like to go out to gigs and I can be very social but I also know how to respect others privacy. I'm very calm and relaxed and I can always find something to do by myself to.

So the short version:
Good food, got social company and always up for going out and experience life, but I'm not looking for a babysitter, so if you are busy, go do your thing.
